I'm feelin so fly like a G6

Well, who sing that stuck-in-ma-head song?
They are Far East Movement

The FM (aka Far east Movement) are Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif, and DJ Virman (Korean-blood guys).
These dudes blend elements of hip-hop, pop, electro and dance (think Daft Punk meets the Black Eyed Peas meets the Beastie Boys) to create an original sound and lifestyle they call Free Wired (which then would be their debut album).

Unless you guys have been living under a rock the last four months, you might have heard a song called Like a G6 (Now it can be found on FM's latest album “Free Wired” released last Oct. 12). It is #1 on iTunes, plus the first all Asian Group to make it onto the BillBoard Top 10

The "Free Wired" album track list:

1. Girls On The Dance Floor (feat. The Stereotypes)
2. Like a G6 (feat. The Cataracs & Dev)
3. Rocketeer (feat. Ryan Tedder of One Republic)
4. If It Was You (OMG) (feat. Snoop Dogg)
5. She Owns The Night (feat. Mohombi)
6. So What?
7. Don’t Look Now (feat. Keri Hilson)
8. Fighting for Air (feat. Frankmusik)
9. White Flag (feat. Kayla Kai)
10. 2gether - Far East Movement + Roger Sanchez
iTunes Bonus Track: Go Ape (feat. Lil Jon & Colette Carr)

What about you guys? Do you like this kind of tunes?
;)

Poppin bottles in the ice, like a blizzard
When we drink we do it right gettin slizzard

Now now now now now now I'm feelin so fly like a G6

Gimme that Mo-Moet-wet

Hell Yeaa
Drink it up, drink-drink it up,
When sober girls around me, they be actin like they drunk
They be actin like they drunk, actin-actin like they drunk
When sober girls around me they be actin like they drunk

Sippin on, sippin on sizz, Ima ma-make it fizz
Girl I keep it gangsta, poppin bottles at the crib
This is how we live, every single night
Take that bottle to the head, and let me see you fly

(You can't Touch this)
Its that 808 bump, make you put yo hands up
Make you put yo hands up, put yo, put yo hands up
(You can't Touch this)
Hell Yeaaa, make you put yo hands up

I swear I don't know

I've built a wall.
Not to block anyone out,
but to see who loves me enough to climb over it.
Maybe the reason why some feelings are so hard to explain is
because it can only be explained through the heart and not the mind...

Goofing around with...........

Kinny!

*Eh, who?*

Kinny! I said, Kinny.
Nope. He is not a human, if you were asking..
:p

Kinny is my littlest brownie bear in the house, yoo!
I have three brownie-bears in my room, i don't realize it at first that I could be a fan of a bear doll.
But that's that!
Next time, I will put my huge white bear doll, named Vinny, and another one is the so-so in size brownie bear, named Deppy.

Anyway, I feel so much soothing after smacking down my chapter 2 for my final research paper. To celebrate it, I put a light green color to ma nails! hahaha I feel like a mutant though.. But a cool one. teehee...

At the end of December this year, I MUST end the whole paper. Still got chapter 3 and 4 and some other things like bibliography, appendix, table of contents, resume, and else to finish the thesis.
Pray for me, will you? :)
And about the games of pre-season in the NBA (rarely I bring out this issue), I just watched the thrilling Lakers vs Rockets this morning. Lakers won 112-110 over Rockets. That was close, man....
It was awesome!! Shannon brown was all the waaaaayy down, he's a bench player, ohh and with Steve Blake! They both gave out a heat performance. I was shocked as well, like other fans of the Lakeshow.

 Ouch!
Shane Battier's defense on Kobe Bryant at the latest pre-season game!

It's Kobe Bryant's ritual now before the game begins...
Remember, he has knee-injury :(

Well, readers...
Have a great day and night!

Some pretty inspirations...

October near its end, and people in the whole world seemingly ready to head-to-toe costume themselves as the Halloween celebration is coming. Indonesia is in the Southeast Asian spot, where, honestly, this kind of celebration is never been put as an important one. Indeed, I don't feel like celebrating Halloween is on my schedule. Sometimes, I wonder may be it would be fun if once in a year we walk around the house complex and ask for candies or CHOCOLATES! door-to-door. Then we wear our most gorgeous, if not lame, costumes to amaze others. Then we play some games with friends and family, crown the best of the best costume in the are, and else.

Well, it is not happening though. There are only some bars or night cafes in Jakarta that I know throw the Halloween party. But I am not going, I got my thesis research paper to do! I am not that social butterfly however....

BUT, I would like to have and wear these costumes! omg these Michael Jackson costumes are for women... yay!

What do you guys think of these costumes?

                                                                               ***

And... oh the shoes -- boots!

I always looove tigers! Roarrr...
aren't they as cool as the boots? :)

EU Edu exhibition to the wasting time!

Just wanted to share some (stupid) photos of me and my fella named Valentina while we visited the EU Edu Fair last week in Balai Kartini, Jakarta. We really had a great time, asking all the people in the booths. From the Netherland booths to Portugal (which was real fun!), to Spain (the Embassy dude was sooo handsome! lol), and moved to Belgium (the professor was so nice, smart and friendly! Nice to see him again next time...), and then France (kinda shocked that their booths were not as friendly as I thought), and then Ireland and British (Nope! We don't want to go there for education in the future. lol).

I'd better not to tell what had happened while we were strolling around for, let me count... hmm... for 5 hours there! Oh my....

Forget it. And uh we also had a new little friend named Erika or Elissa (?? I forgot!) and we chatted about Justin Bieber, because we passed her when she was singing Baby. She was about 6 or 7 years old and a real cutie!

Me with the cutie Belieber! omg... lol

This is Valentina, my super-krazy pal...

I looked like a wide-smiled happy gurl hahahaha..
in fact I was quite stressful thinking about my final research paper! Oh Gosh....

.... and don't you just fall in for these pretty MiuMiu ? :)

Have a great day, everyone!

V for Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham, or known as VB or Posh (the ex-Spice Girls), is indeed expanding her business of fashion line into something bigger. As she has joined some Fashion Weeks from New York to London, her signature style which applied on her collections are outrageous! For me, personally, I looooove her collections. Why?

The line is simply VICTORIA BECKHAM, and before she launched her dresses recently, her denims, eyewear, and accessories have been lined up first. Speaking of the dresses, VB really grasps me in! Famous for her zero size, VB said that she wants to celebrate a women's curve. And yes, the well-tailored dresses are shape and curve-grabbing. From the spring/summer, autumn/winter, the VB collection of dresses are to die for. I am really drooling to have one of them, or two, or maybe... four! or even all! lol

Here are my most favorite and (in-your-face wish list) of her collection:

Clean-cut, simple, and tres chic !

Which one, or three, are your favos?

peace, fight and love!

A kid amazing speech makes the UN members look stupid

Severn Suzuki, a 12-year-old, gave an amazingly inspirational speech in front of United Nations members. The members just could not believe it (that the innocent girl words were TRUE!).

"Hello, I’m Severn Suzuki speaking for E.C.O. – The Environmental Children’s Organization.

We are a group of twelve and thirteen-year-olds from Canada trying to make a difference:
Vanessa Suttie, Morgan Geisler, Michelle Quigg and me. We raised all the money ourselves to come six thousand miles to tell you adults you must change your ways. Coming here today, I have no hidden agenda. I am fighting for my future.

Losing my future is not like losing an election or a few points on the stock market. I am here to speak for all generations to come.

I am here to speak on behalf of the starving children around the world whose cries go unheard.

I am here to speak for the countless animals dying across this planet because they have nowhere left to go. We cannot afford to be not heard.

I am afraid to go out in the sun now because of the holes in the ozone. I am afraid to breathe the air because I don’t know what chemicals are in it.

I used to go fishing in Vancouver with my dad until just a few years ago we found the fish full of cancers. And now we hear about animals and plants going extinct every day — vanishing forever.

In my life, I have dreamt of seeing the great herds of wild animals, jungles and rainforests full of birds and butterflies, but now I wonder if they will even exist for my children to see.
Did you have to worry about these little things when you were my age?

All this is happening before our eyes and yet we act as if we have all the time we want and all the solutions. I’m only a child and I don’t have all the solutions, but I want you to realise, neither do you!
• You don’t know how to fix the holes in our ozone layer.
• You don’t know how to bring salmon back up a dead stream.
• You don’t know how to bring back an animal now extinct.
• And you can’t bring back forests that once grew where there is now desert.

If you don’t know how to fix it, please stop breaking it!

Here, you may be delegates of your governments, business people, organisers, reporters or politicians – but really you are mothers and fathers, brothers and sister, aunts and uncles – and all of you are somebody’s child.

I’m only a child yet I know we are all part of a family, five billion strong, in fact, 30 million species strong and we all share the same air, water and soil — borders and governments will never change that
I’m only a child yet I know we are all in this together and should act as one single world towards one single goal.

In my anger, I am not blind, and in my fear, I am not afraid to tell the world how I feel.

In my country, we make so much waste, we buy and throw away, buy and throw away, and yet northern countries will not share with the needy. Even when we have more than enough, we are afraid to lose some of our wealth, afraid to share.

In Canada, we live the privileged life, with plenty of food, water and shelter — we have watches, bicycles, computers and television sets.
Two days ago here in Brazil, we were shocked when we spent some time with some children living on the streets. And this is what one child told us: “I wish I was rich and if I were, I would give all the street children food, clothes, medicine, shelter and love and affection.”

If a child on the street who has nothing, is willing to share, why are we who have everything still so greedy?

I can’t stop thinking that these children are my age, that it makes a tremendous difference where you are born, that I could be one of those children living in the Favellas of Rio; I could be a child starving in Somalia; a victim of war in the Middle East or a beggar in India.

I’m only a child yet I know if all the money spent on war was spent on ending poverty and finding environmental answers, what a wonderful place this earth would be!

At school, even in kindergarten, you teach us to behave in the world. You teach us:
• not to fight with others,
• to work things out,
• to respect others,
• to clean up our mess,
• not to hurt other creatures
• to share – not be greedy.

Then why do you go out and do the things you tell us not to do?

Do not forget why you’re attending these conferences, who you’re doing this for — we are your own children. You are deciding what kind of world we will grow up in. Parents should be able to comfort their children by saying “everything’s going to be alright” , “we’re doing the best we can” and “it’s not the end of the world”.

But I don’t think you can say that to us anymore. Are we even on your list of priorities? My father always says “You are what you do, not what you say.”

Well, what you do makes me cry at night. You grown ups say you love us. I challenge you, please make your actions reflect your words.
Thank you for listening."

Well, let me know what do you think of this GREAT speech?
:)

hello Parkour, Freerunning, ADD, how are you doing?

David Belle, Daniel Illabaca and Sebastian Foucan pose together in Lisses, France on Sept. 3, 2010.

The world most outlandish facts

Everybody loves good lists. We love to learn about who is the funniest, the ugliest, the best, the worst and so forth.
Whether or not you agree, it is fascinating to learn that only a few of the world’s 6 billion people can make it to the top 10. But listing the top 10 richest or most influential people in the world is easy and you can find such lists in just about any publication that matters.

Oddee.com offers something different. The website boasts that it lists all of “the odd, strange and bizarre things of our world”. True to its tagline, the site offers many lists of odd and rare facts that can enrich our knowledge and bring big smiles to our faces.
The site has been consistent in bringing odd, bizarre and strange things to more than three million readers a month. Its thousands of articles explore many subjects, from science, technology and medicine to strange signs and commercials.

Oddee.com has been featured in mainstream publications such as The New York Times, Le Monde and Republica, and is frequently carried by sites such Digg, Reddit and Mixx. There are now more than 420,000 websites that link to Oddee.com’s articles and lists. So what does the website look like?
The site’s home section features the a daily featured posting, the “Quickee” of the day, presenting the strangest news of the day and AOL News’s “Weird News”, which includes stories such as “Does the Loch Ness Monster Have British relatives?”
If you are new to the site, go to the “Most Popular This Month” and “Most Popular Ever” sections. On the left side of the page, you can click through to articles and postings on odd art, names, objects, designs, gifts and much more.

Some of the lists can certainly kill your appetite — such as the top 20 ugliest celebrity list — but you will be glad to learn something new from the site. In the advertisement section, for instance, you can find “12 Hilarious Help Wanted Ads”. One item reads “Waitress Needed: Must be 18 years old with 20 years’ experience.” A comment on the post says: “Apparently you can only apply for this job if you are one of the characters of the Twilight saga.”
Some lists can certainly be nauseating, such as “The World’s Strangest Snacks”. Oddee.com came up with a list that includes Hákarl, a snack made of fermented shark that’s very popular in Iceland; Balut, a fertilized duck egg snack from the Philippines containing a partially formed fetus; black garlic chocolates from Japan, which allegedly “can increase energy and promote your metabolism when eaten regularly over a couple of months”; and an Italian maggot cheese called Casu Marzu, which is usually served at weddings or family gatherings.

Another list that will grab your attention is “12 More Insanely Titled Books”, which includes tomes such as Phone Calls from the Dead: The Results of a Two-Year Investigation into an Incredible Phenomenon; English as a Second F%*^ing Language: How to Swear Effectively, Explained in Detail with Numerous Examples Taken from Everyday Life; Hitler: Neither Vegetarian nor Animal Lover and Pooh Gets Stuck, which tells the tale of the time when the bear ate too much honey and was trapped  in the doorway of Rabbit’s house.

The website’s quirkiness has attracted the attention of the mainstream media. Last, year The Guardian named Oddee.com one of its “100 Essential Websites”. AsiaOne.com and Boston.com – two key references for online entertainment and fun – named the site as one of most influential weblogs. Lemondrop.com said that Oddee.com was “the new portal to the Weird Wide Web”.

Loyal visitor Irene Gata from the Philippines said: “Oddee makes my day complete! A good laugh before sleeping is super beneficial…”
A good thing about this site is that you can propose ideas for a list via its Facebook page www.facebook.com/Oddee or Twitter at @OddeeBlog. Some of requests might be lost in the murky waters of the web but don’t be surprised if Oddee.com rolls out a list based on your ideas.

Oddee.com is certainly one of web’s favorite sources for quirky information, from the weighty to the mundane and from the hilarious to the downright stupid. Spend a few minutes on this site every day and you will be off to a good start.

super [marx] models

I was googling to search some materials for my cool thesis -- the Marxist effing things, if you dreadfully want to know... No? Ugh.
Then I ended up on this site, which is real cool. But if you aren't interested in models of high fashion and stuff, then just take a glance look on the site, please? lol
It collects all the supermodels who often seen on magz or ads or billboards (or perhaps not), and they often appear on super-huge infamous brands internationally, yea you know...

Before I accidentally stepped in on the site, I have some fav supermodels. And this site, accidentally, showed up itself (??), I feel like saying, "Damn they're super-duper REAL models!"  :D

Here are my most favs of international supermodels:

Gisele Bundchen | Brazil | 1.80 cm

Chanel Iman | USA | 1.75 cm

Alessandra Ambrosio | Brazil | 1.78 cm

Mackenzie Hamilton | Canada | 1.78 cm

Morgane Dubled | France | 1.80 cm

Bianca Balti | Italy | 1.76 cm

And how about you? :)

Well, to end this (pointless) posting, I'd like say something to the dearest (late) Karl Marx for his OMG-so-genius contribution of his ideology to the scholar field:
"Marx my dear, thanks for making me such a moronic asshead reading and understanding your books and concepts... I really appreciate that! It makes my day lighter and brighter!! Yay for that!"
=]

WTF.

peace and fight.

Everything elese is secondary...

"Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life
Don’t be trapped by dogma -- which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.
Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice
And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
